Lisa Codispoti joined Sage in 2007 as Chief People Officer of Sage’s North America business to lead the People Strategy of this region in support of the overall strategic direction of the business. In her role Lisa is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Communications, including strategic HR planning, talent development, recruitment and selection, reward, organizational development and change management.
