Katie O'Shea concentrates her practice on representing management in claims involving harassment and discrimination in the workplace, retaliation, and violations of federal and state employment law statutes.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Katie was an extern with Judge Steve C. Jones in the Northern District of Georgia.  In this role, she conducted legal research, prepared memoranda, and wrote draft opinions.  She has also worked for three state court judges in Athens and Atlanta, as well as the Gwinnett County Law Department. In her role at the Gwinnett County Law Department, she was responsible for drafting Motions for Summary Judgment and county ordinances, as well as conducting legal research.
