Ford Baker is a 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in accounting before beginning his career in Public Accounting. He earned his CPA and has over 30 years of experience, first in audit, and then changing to tax before he founded The BaCo Group, PLLC, over 20 years ago. After a realization that his personal life was out of balance, he developed a passion to design and implement forward-thinking solutions that would protect the balance in his practice. This eventually evolved into an idea of creating an online patent-pending platform that will drastically reduce tax season hours. In 2020, Ford became a fulltime employee of the new venture, BaCo Tech.
